Where did you get your polysaccharide notes notebook

The short answer is, I don’t actually know! Long answer is that when one of my uncles died about 3 years back, and we were clearing out the house, he left behind lots and lots of squared notebooks as he was a mathematician! So my notes are on paper that’s probably ages old and isn’t sold anymore.
