WHAT AN EVENING!!! SEVEN hours of uninterrupted repair work later and this LinnDrum is finally fixed!!!! Had to replace the +5V switching reg, as well a two 74LS74 and one 74HC393 (all on the DRM board). The latter three were dead and prevented the Cowbell, Claps and Ride sounds from being triggered correctly. .
