Say hello to the newest Nonkina Ace character: Johnny Zappmoore!!

Now with hair like that, it might come as a shock to hear that Johnny’s a...DELINQUENT...Shocking, right? And to think I was making good progress without making a Delinquent character. But whoops, that didn’t last very long, didn’t it?
More specifically, Johhny’s a Bosozoku (Japanese High School Motorcycle Gang) leader, and the strongest Delinquent in all of Diamond Star (D.S. being the main setting for NA).

He comes into the story at Ch.02, wanting to fight Ace to prove that he’s truly the strongest fighter in Town. But in typical Shounen story fashion, Ace beats him and then they become friends.
At least in Johnny’s eyes because Ace wants NOTHING to do with Johnny (at first at least, they’ll become good buds).
Anyways, Johnny became a Bosozoku leader early in his High School days, and swore to become one after his father, a former Motorcycle Delinquent Clown himself, went missing when he was 10.
He swore to this because he wanted to protect his mother, Miyo, a Japanese-American business woman, and to honor his missing dad, Roger Zappmoore.
Ok, enough of that backstory: Let’s talk about his Clown-Po and fighting ability!
If it’s not obvious by the abundance of lightning bolts on his design, Johnny has the ability of create/manipulate/etc. Electricity and lightning (granted that he’s fighting during a storm)!
He can shoot out bolts, charge energy into his punches and kicks, and can even create shock bombs by sending energy into anything that can conduct electricity.
As for his standard fighting ability, Johhny never had any formal training, unlike Ace and Master Jigu-Jo, so he just relies on street fighting and dirty tactics.
Johnny’s above using weapons such as bats and other blunt objects, but when he’s desperate to win a fight, he’ll throw metal skewers or throwing needles charged with electricity to stun his opponents, and give him an upper hand in battle.
Johnny’s also good with car and motorcycle mechanics, but that’s just a given~
Personality-wise, Johnny’s a tough, battle ready hard-ass who takes no bullshit...That is until you become his friend, in which case, he’s just a goof who loves getting into fights and talking about Motorcycles.
tl;dr Johnny’s pretty much Okuyasu and Kuwabara to Ace’s Josuke and Yusuke.

NOW IT’S TIME FOR SOME FUN FACHKS ABOUT THIS TOUGH BOI:
Johnny’s Motorcycle, Rising Zan, isn’t actually a motorcycle. It’s a motorized Unicycle...Because, y’know....He’s a Clown-born.
Even though Johnny’s a bad-ass biker who takes shit from no one, he’s a total Momma’s boy (and for good reason given what happened to his dad, he’s just protective of her).
Johnny LOVED Doraemon as a kid, but despised Anpanman with a burning hatred that still burns to this day. He hates mostly due to the fact that it’s mostly kept alive thanks to crappily made toys/generally cheap merchandise and easily entertained kids who don’t know any better.
One time Johnny accompanied his mom on a business trip to Canada, and was nearly driven mad by the kindness of a Canadian biker gang that he tried to start shit with.
