The drive to your apartment was quiet, way too quiet for your liking. The only sound being that of the radio and the light tapping from rain on the car windows.
You had sent Sophie a message to let her know that you were safe and on your way home. Once you sent the message, you placed your phone back into your lap and wiped the remaining tears that dried on your cheeks.

He pulled into your parking space, the both of you soon getting out after. You rushed towards your apartment building, trying to get away from both the cold rain and Warren, but to no surprise, Warren had followed after you.
You took the steps up to your apartment, Warren following shortly after. Once you reached your door, you turned around, your face flush with Warren’s chest.
“Thanks for the drive home but you can leave now.” You said, as you looked up at him and turned to open your apartment’s door and shut it in his face, but that didn’t work. He immediately pushed the door open, closing it behind him as he stepped further into your apartment.
You rubbed your face in frustration, letting out an exasperated sigh; you didn’t wanna deal with him right now.
“Warren please just leave!” You yelled from across the room, slowly coming closer to try and shove him out of your apartment.
You pushed against his chest, sending him stumbling back a bit but he still held his balance. You repeatedly hit at his chest, wanting nothing more than to get him to leave.
“JUST FUCKING LEAVE LIKE YOU DID LAST TIME WARREN! JUST. GO!” You screamed between hits, your fists hitting against his chest as you let out sobs. He grabbed at your hands, enclosing them in his large ones as he used them to bring you against his chest, wrapping his arms around your fragile body.
Once your face met his chest, your mind told you to push back and continue fighting but your heart was tired. You immediately broke down in his arms, sobbing as he placed light kisses on your head.
“I hate you so much.” Your words came out muffled due to your sobs and due to you being so close to him.
“I know, I know.” He said as he continued to rub smooth and slow circles onto your back.
You had finally managed to calm down, pulling back from Warren as you made your way to your couch.
You sat down, crossing your legs as you grabbed one of the pillows to place on your lap and fiddle with.
“You wanna talk, now talk.” You said as you looked up at him, eyes puffy and red from the crying- yet he still found you absolutely gorgeous in this state.
He moved to the spot beside you, plopping down onto your sofa and turning to face you.
You kept your gaze focused on the throw pillow, not wanting to look Warren in the eyes.
“Look at me, please?” He said, a hint of guilt and sorrow in his tone.
You lifted your head up, meeting his eyes.

They were one of your favourite things about him, they were what reeled you in initially. They were so dark and huge, you usually adored looking into them but now, now all you wanted to do was tear your eyes from his gaze, afraid that if you stared too long, you’d start crying again.

“Don’t do that Warren.” You said as you looked back down at the pillow.

You threw your head back against the couch, letting out a sigh as you turned your head to look at him.

Your head perked up from its place on the couch. Your eyes shot towards Warrens, that was the first time you’d seen those beautiful dark eyes filled with tears.
“I was scared that you’d realize that you’re too good for me and that you deserved way better. I thought that if I left you and just stopped talking to you, I’d forget you and my feelings would just die down. You reached forward and wiped the fallen tears from his cheeks. Your thumb lingering on them. You couldn’t believe this, all this time you thought that he had left you because of multiple other reasons, not because he liked you.

You just stayed silent, looking at Warren as a thousand thoughts raced through your head. You finally reached over to him and placed yourself onto his lap.
“Oh Warren.” You said letting out a sigh, wrapping your arms around his neck and placing your face into the crook of his neck.
Warren had no clue what was happening, but he accepted it. He didn’t know what this meant for the two of you but he would definitely cherish this moment, he loved being consumed by you and only you.
He wrapped his arms around your back, bringing you even closer if he could and placing his head on top of yours.
The two of you stayed like that for a while, just being content in the moment. You finally pulled away and placed your hands on his cheeks, leaning down and placing a soft kiss onto his lips.
Warren’s eyes widened as he returned the kiss.

“I don’t know what this means for us but what I do know is that I want to be by your side every second of everyday, I want you to be mine and I wanna be yours.” Warren said as he leaned into your touch.
