Bareminelas made-2-fit foundation short clip shot by Photographer Barbara Donninelli.
We took on the special effects and rigging aspect in this project. There were 2 types on rig for this shooting, the 4 color liquids pouring rig, and table top spinning rig using motor for mixing colors.
We also prepared the 4 color liquids for all effects. Because the liquids cannot be reused after being mixed, we prepared good amount of them thinking it would take a few shots to get it perfect. We actually got the mixing rig shot perfect in the first try, and the other shots went smoothly as well. There were quite a lot of liquids left over after the shooting.
This was a 1 day shooting. Although it was our first time working with Barbara, she was really nice and it was our pleasure working with her! There were several people that we have worked with many times such as prop stylist Noemi Bonazzi, DP Oliver Jevremov, and Animator Maxwell Sorenson. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, we enjoyed being on set with this creative crew. Photographer: Barbara Donninelli http://swellnewyork.com/

Here is another liquid shot behind the scene. This is a slow motion video shot from different point of view, so you could see how the scene was actually created. After receiving the feedback from clients, we tested a few other approach to accomplish the "chunk of beer" look. Mario suggested the idea of using a water-balloon, it turned out to be the best method for this shot. The first thing to do was to find the store to get enough number of water-balloon. The balloons are filled with beer, they fly through the blades, balloons break open and chunks of beer crash in the center. http://swellnewyork.com/
