Thinking 🤔 of a master plan... It’s time for a #cleanse. My liquid cleanse was the one that treated me the most kindly (all the necessary nutrients, rarely hungry, Complete GI reboot, plenty of energy, no skin breakouts, etc.). This time I’m thinking of a liquid cleanse via #smoothies in a variety of colors accompanied by my fave green tea, my AM lemon-lime-honey-cayenne-cinnamon-ginger concoction, my matcha 🍵 morning smoothie, and my typical 4l of water per day. I usually add protein and healthy fat via coconut oil/shredded coconut to my smoothies and use a base of alkaline water, coconut water or almond milk. I prepared just 3 days in this pic to see how it goes. Here you see my green, red, purple and orange smoothie packs. Green: spinach-cucumber-granny smith Apple-red Bartlett pear (lemon juice and cayenne pepper added later) Purple: blueberries-blackberries-pineapple Orange: peach slices-mango-pineapple-carrot juice-OJ Red: strawberries-raspberries-pineapple *few banana slices added to most for sweetness We’ll see how it goes! #GIreboot #healthyeating #liquidcleanse #howcountrygirlsgetdown
