I need to grab Scarecrow and just *mwah* *mwah* *mwah* *mwah* *mwah* *mwah* I LOVE YOU AND YOU DESERVED BETTER

He's alive to me. I still fully believe that Will + Robot were able to find his body after the series ended and revive him. He needs a place to stay - the Robinsons' home isn't going to cut it because Scarecrow really needs somewhere open to live, so I offer the barn on my property for him. I initially had planned on keeping a couple of animals but figure that Scarecrow could use it in the meantime.

Uhhhhhh also thinking about giving Scarecrow a blanket bc idk if the robots can get cold... and though he really doesn't need it since the robots can self-regulate their temperatures, he keeps it because it reminds him of me. <3

I really need to just spend so much time with him. Giving him as much space as he needs but still working toward befriending him... spending time with him in the loft of the barn, just telling him about my life and reading to him sometimes. And him eventually opening up to it, listening and learning how to communicate in a way that works for both of us.

I just love him so much and I really, really miss him. He deserved so much better. :(

002 lis Scarecrow please, id like more peoples opinions on him, hes a good character

How I feel about this character: I love him. He's beautiful and complex and he was utterly wasted by a writing team that didn't know or care what to do with him once his "main" arc was complete.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: None

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Maureen Robinson & Scarecrow, Robot & Scarecrow

My unpopular opinion about this character: I don't think I have one, honestly

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I wish he hadn't been killed off in such a bizarre and totally nonsensical manner, and had gotten the gentle ending he deserved.

my cross over ship: N/A (though I think he and Halo's Noble Six would be good friends)

a headcanon fact: After the show ended, Sally and some of the other robots went back to find his body and bring it to the ring, where he could be repaired/resurrected again, and he finally got to meet Ben's family (as well as all the kids he risked so much to save.)

Before the ramp had even fully closed, he was already turning away and stalking towards the pilot's dais, reaching back to decouple his critically-damaged superior arm from his frame and letting it fall to the floor as he walked; it could always be reattached later, but in this situation it would just be in the way.   And then he was stepping up to the helm with practiced familiarity, squaring his stance and reaching out for the control apparatuss. There were no shadows here, only a lifetime of experience that came flooding back to him as he pressed his claws into the textured grooves, and felt the wonderfully electric sensation of the ship springing to life around him as an extension of his Self. He would be flying three-handed, but it hardly mattered; the ship would automatically compensate for that.

I have NOT stopped thinking about Scarecrow for about a week, and finally stumbling into this fic in the tag ended up spurring me into drawing him. Its a Good fic, and I really enjoy the characterization in it, I’m a bit obsessed. This is inspired by a small scene that I just can’t stop visualizing.

Fucking yes!!! I’ve been waiting FOREVER for Robot to tell him no. Will Robinson, I’m sorry but you’re too young to understand that you can’t control him. You don’t own him and he doesn’t have to do everything you say. Part of that is on Robot, granted, but he deserves better after everything he’s been through 😤 and if he wants to save Scarecrow first, you fucking should too
