ros scolding clown for his new cuts and bloody hands, ros wiping the dried blood off his cheek, ros being gentle and kind and entirely unthreatened as clown sits quietly letting her fuss over him. clown wondering what he did to deserve such kindness from an angel on earth like her, not realizing the reason ros trusts him with her entire being is because he has never given her a reason to doubt him, and he himself purposefully makes sure she will not doubt him. he never jokes about hurting her, he refuses to let anyone else hurt her, he will always take the fall for her (being sneegs punching bag, fighting pili for her, defending her honor, killing owen) he will always look out for her, he listens to her without judgement, without pushing his own beliefs onto her, but convincing her with her own actions and her impact just how much she matters to everyone in yellow and especially him, showing her her worth. ros looking at him with an unfamiliar expression until clown realizes its because he’s not used to people not being intimidated in his presence
