🍽 Sunday roast at Daziel Park. The potatoes were delicious but sadly everything else was average. Beef was thin, Yorkshire pudding predominately crispy, no gravy and the veg wasn’t seasoned. La prima nota di merito della giornata se la aggiudica #Lisini: se l'annata 2015, come abbiamo detto ieri sarà grandissima annata per i #Brunello per potenza, la 2016 gli sarà addirittura superiore, per estrema eleganza. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare un sorprendente Rosso di Montalcino 2016 a cui assegnamo 90/91 punti.
