Things I’ve learned about Lord Mammon
*disclaimer: just like literally anyone and everyone’s view of a deity, it’s personal and individual. If you’re new to working with the infernal, please don’t take these or anyone else’s experiences as fact and form your own experiences (it’s more fun that way anyway)*
- Don’t even try to sugar coat anything. Don’t even think about it. This is an apparent waste of his time unless you specifically say “I just need to vent”
- He will tease a little bit and purposefully confuse you with answers at times
- Apparently disgusted with self doubt about experiences and intuition
- Also displeased with doubt surrounding him and his intentions towards you
- Is very sarcastic and portrays the vibe of “duh, that’s a given” Even when it was, in fact, not a given.
- Will be accommodating when you speak plainly about your needs during a conversation. Example being “please no sarcasm today, I’m feeling sensitive and I just need that extra help during our convo today”
- Seems to rather have me put myself before him with literally anything. Altar space, offerings, etc. He doesn’t even seem to be interested in most offerings unless it involves self care or growth
- Does enjoy authentic flattery and compliments
- Slow and steady wins the race. I always seen him as a rush rush rush type dude but it’s becoming clear that ain’t the case
