PDD READS: Good evening citizens. NWRF Rep Clove Modius and the Colony 22 Elite team are very pleased to announce that after more than 4 months of hard work, the Brink dorms and common room have officially been reconstructed and are ready for re-habitation. As it was the Infected Citizens who participated in the chore rotations in these past weeks, it is them we should be thanking for this accomplishment, so be sure to show your gratitude for their commitment to the well-being of the Colony.
In celebration of this milestone, every citizen is invited to attend the grand opening reception on Saturday, December 1st, put on by Miss Modius herself. Festivities will begin after dinner and will take place in the newly built Brink common room, where attendees will find a special exhibition which Miss Modius has orchestrated in honour of this special occasion.
The evening will also include appetizers and a specialty bar as an additional gesture of our appreciation, and complimentary drink tickets will be provided to citizens above the age of 18.
Finally, in light of the reconstruction of the Brink dorm, Colony officials have discussed it and have decided to take the opportunity to reassess and rearrange sleeping quarter arrangements. All Houses will now feature one male, one female and two gender neutral dorms. These gender neutral dorms will be available to anyone, and very shortly every citizen will receive an electronic invitation to send in their preferences for living arrangements. Preferences can not be promised, but will be taken into account.
Brand new dorming arrangements for all houses will be announced at the event, and all moving may begin Sunday morning.
After a challenging year, we encourage all citizens to attend and enjoy themselves at this one-of-a-kind event, as this will certainly be an evening to be remembered.

This post marks the official announcement of our next event, the Brink Tower Grand Opening!
Firstly, thank you everyone who took the time to fill out our survey on the subject of availability! It was very helpful in figuring out how to best make this event work for everyone!
Taking your suggestions and requests into account, the event will begin in the afternoon (PST) of Saturday, September 15th and will run until the evening of Wednesday September 19th. It has been extended to approximately 4 and a half days, real time, in order to accommodate those of you who are not back from hiatus or vacation until the week of the 17th. Hopefully, this will allow everyone a chance to take part!
All event rules and details will be posted in the official event post on Saturday mid-day, and there will also be a couple of special, secret reveals during the event, so muns, stay tuned! And characters—start picking our your nicest outfits!
Additionally, as mentioned, we’re going to be rehauling the dorm arrangements! So, shortly a small poll will be released requesting each character to state which dorm they’d prefer—that of their assigned and/or identifying gender, or one of the gender neutral dorms, which will be available for anyone to apply for. Depending on numbers, we may not be able to get everyone into their dorm of preference, so it is first come first serve! Note that Elites will still have private rooms in the Elite suites.
Okay, that’s all for now, folks! As of now, your characters would have all received this invitation via their PDDs, and no doubt there will be buzz about it for the next couple days in the story verse! Feel free to explore that in your threads before the event itself, and as always, let us know if you have any questions at all!
Soooo just stopping in to say sorry I’ve been a bit quiet! Things are just really crazy right now because I’m producing a friend’s show, as well as casting a different show at the same time, aaaand working on my own development project, which is developing a ten part web series. Plus trying to do follow up on getting my last two films re-layed back and ready to submit to festival... And on that note, February will be worse because there will be two weeks of shooting almost in a row.
However, as always, I will find time to be around, and I should hopefully get to some replies tonight. I know Alex and Orson I’m especially behind on, so I will try to rectify that shortly.
I ALSO know you all are waiting on me for the wrap of the event. However, I’ve partially been waiting due to the activity on the dash - people have been slower for similar reasons to myself, and though everyone is around, they are around slightly less than the last couple of phases, so I feel like people need a touch more time to catch up on this stage of event stuff—that said, keep in mind your plotting for the tattoos, if you are going to be doing a thread for it or not, or if you’ll just be doing brief headcanons, etc. If you’re going to be doing a thread, you should be getting on that very soon so it’s started before we move on to phase 4, (which is basically just aftermath).
I definitely originally thought this event would be shorter, but that being said, it also turned out to have a way bigger plot development element, with many more plotting opportunities, so heck, I have no reason to complain about that, that’s for sure!
Also just a reminder that at the end of this event, we will be asking for people to submit whether or not their character got their tattoos changed, so we can post a list publicly for the muns’ sakes.
I’m still planning on trying to wrap up this phase of the event by the end of January!
