As an introduction and for archive purposes I'm reposting my flag and definition for this here as I am the anon that coined this term.

Lithigender:

A gender that feels more intense or prevalent during manic episodes and less intense or prevalent during depressive episodes but does not change otherwise. This gender is not fluid, only it’s intensity or prevalence changes. A term reserved for those with bipolar disorder. The name comes from “lithium” which is often used to treat symptoms of bipolar disorder.

Do you know of any Neurogenders related to Bipolar other than Cyclogender? I'm thinking of coining my own term but I don't want to accidentally copy an existing one. Also Tumblr mobile is glitching so I can't search for myself.

Polarian/Polargender: a gender for a bipolar person whose gender changes depending on what type of episode they’re experiencing.

Affectugender: A gender that is affected by one’s neurodivergency especially fluctuating moods, e.g. feeling like a boy during depressive episodes and feeling more like a demigirl during happy episodes.
