this gold necklace. ornate, wrought by trembling hands, so heavy and ancient and now around your neck. rubies dripping, a diamond pressed into the centre. these rooms are draped with cloth of gold and exotic spices scent the air, dropped in round copper bowls atop this little round table, here. later, candlelight will spill from this chandelier, glimmering blood red in half drunk goblets of wine, sending dark shadows racing to the corners of the room.

19. Pick one thing to your left, what does it mean to you: (I chose my right bc on my left there’s only wall and that doesn’t mean very much to me) 

The Library Shakespeare: Shakespeare’s collective works in an enourmous letherbound book with incredible illustrations and gold rimmed pages (you’ve probably seen it on my instagram) which is always on my bedside table - it means the world to me (like really that would probably be the thing I’d save from my burning house or take with me to a desert Island), I got it from my aunt for my last birthday and I cried for like 10 minutes straight after I’d opened it.. :P

36. What would you tell your younger self: Love yourself more, forgive yourself, you are not perfect nor will you ever be and the sooner you accept that the better, go for more walks in the forest, take care of yourself, take more risks! Also listen to some other music for god’s sake there are more genres than just indie rock out there!

59. When was the last time you smiled and the last time you cried: I smiled just now and with every message I recieve on tumblr, I really really smiled when I rewatched the video of where I’m going in nepal.. :) I cried last when I read the news yesterday
