The hallway is plain, cream and a little clinical if not for the generic posters on the doors and the little nameplates. There are slidey 'occupied' signs and Max twists to look over his shoulder at Rich's room, seeing the red 'occupied' from when Max was inside.

Saw a post talking about who would win out of littles lando, Oscar, and max, and one of the comments noted that max would win because he could still be a menace racer even regressed, and I think this is something fun to think about. Like you know that one video where he and Daniel bike on the track and at one point he's shown saying nyooom as he bikes? Imagine him on the radio making vroom noises as he continues to drive at a high level and GP just talks him through similarly to usual, if not a bit more praiseful and indulgent than normal

awwww 🥹 I don’t know what au this would fit in but GP is very soft with Max, he says things like “good job, buddy” and “you’re doing really well, Maxy” and is always there when Max gets out of the car!!!! gives him head pats and a cuddle! ♥️

He felt Maxie bury his face in his shoulder while they walked through, and ignored all the questions everyone was asking him, hearing them ask if Maxie was small, which seemed like a no-brainer to him.

“Hey there, little koala,” Brad heard someone say behind him while he was quickly striding to Max’s driver’s room.

“Danny,” Maxie said, looking up from Brad’s shoulder, and waving at the other man, who was smiling a bit at him.

“Yeah, it’s me,” the man said, “and I see Brad has a little koala clinging to him. Now, where is Maxie? He needs to soon drive his car.”

“Am Maxie,” Maxie said, leaning back a little, “see, me is Maxie.”

“Ah, right. You were holding Brad so tightly, I thought you were a Koala,” Daniel said with a grin, “so, little now?”
