“What is it babe?” He asked again.
“I just-I thought you would start thinking about having a family, with me..” Daxton sighed.
“I just didn’t want to scare you with talking about it or make you feel like you had to have kids young. Or kids at all. But of couse I’ve thought about.”
“Well, maybe you should be thinking about it from now and nine months in the future?” Daxton’s face lit up with understanding.
“Really?” He looked down at my stomach then looked up at me. “Really?” He said louder and more excited. I nodded my head, feeling my muscles loosen up.
“Do you think we can handle it?”
“Of course. We both have stable jobs, income, and you have your family for support. We have it and can handle the bumps that are sure to come in the road.” Daxton held my face and gave me a kiss. I felt more comfortable with the thought of having a little one running around, more comfortable with the thought that this was and is going to be our future
