Yes, she enjoyed using the map to catch her little brother in places he shouldn't be. She wiped it clean, stuffing it into her pocket and rounded the corner. Lumos. "Brother dear, isn't it a tad late for you to be roaming the halls?"
You are worth every word of love. Worth every good deed, worth every smile, every tear of joy. You are worth the suns rays and the warm air, you are worth the happiness and the laughter. You are worth everything good and beautiful. Give everyone and anyone this message, go to random blogs, someone you don’t even know, stretch your ask limit, anon or not, tell them they are worth it. Because the world needs more love.
You’re so great come here and let me love you down.
In regards to Harry being a parent...
It sounds weird I know; Harry, one of the most twisted things this side of Hell, being a good dad? Naaaah. But I honestly think he would. Here is my illogical reasoning:
For show. This one is a terribly shallow reason, I know, but if he's forced into the role of father, with all eyes on him, chances are he'll play that entirely to his advantage. After all, who would suspect new-time, dotting dad of being a horrendous human being?
Because of Sirius. He never knew his parents, and the Dursley's were far from suitable in terms of care. The only true definition of family he ever accepted, ever understood, was with Sirius. He knows Sirius was the only person who had the ability to save him from the path he now leads, knows that if Sirius was alive, they could have been a true family, and Harry could have healed, but he's not. Sirius is gone, but Harry wants his legacy to live on. Though in no way, shape or form can he ever hope to do that himself, he would strive to ensure his child received Sirius' legacy, of love, of joy, and of family.
Harry doesn't want his child to become like him. He knows what he's doing is wrong, knows that it's wrong of so many levels, but he believes he's too far gone to turn a new leaf. He has unresolved rage and sorrow, has scars and stories he wishes would just go away. But they won't, and in the end, he can't. His life is the epitome of a lie, and he has come to embrace that. It has become somewhat a source of pride for him. And yet, to think any other child would have to endure what he did to become who he is, let alone his own flesh and blood? No, Harry would never allow that to happen. This child would be loved. This child would be good.
Having a child/family would take his mind off other, less appealing things. When one is so invested in showering their child in love and affection, they have little time left to ponder horrific crimes against the remainder of humanity.
Because Harry teaching his child to play quidditch is the cutest thing in the universe whether he has blood on his hands or not.))
