yeeeeeah... about that speculation. Technically, all we know for sure is SilMil Senshi/Shitennou is a thing. But...lol. I'm sure Crystal is going to keep their past selves and their current selves separate because they are two different people and we all know how important characterization is to Crystal right !!!?!??!

OH! Which reminds me! I think I forgot to update on my progress with the Mass Effect trilogy...

General Summary so far:

Military superior officer: Shepard. Dun do the thing.

Me: Imma do the thing.

(Basically the ME trilogy is awesome and I love it.)  n_n

I also need to finish my Dragon Age playthrough (but I keep getting distracted by more Skyrim playthroughs.)

With the silver millennium: I think maybe it's the thing that happens a lot in ff: the first three battle the shittenou and die after a bitter victory whereas venus was still standing because she was still fighting beryl when that had happened. ALTHOUGH i would like to hope it'd be something like lonewolfskye's Once Upon a Time fic (on ffnet) and mars had died protecting both venus and serenity, but venus chose to walk out on the kingdom. if you haven't read the fic, sorry for spoilers!

OH MY GOD I TOTALLY READ THAT FIC AND I LOVED IT I ACCEPT THAT HEADCANON SO HARD AS I LOVE THE IDEA OF VENUS JUST BEING SO BITTERLY DISILLUSIONED WITH LIFE AND EVERYTHING THAT SHE, SELFISHLY, DECIDES TO JUST SAY "fuck it" AND WALK OFF.

I mean, she would never do that now. Our Minako never would. But I like the idea of SilMil Venus being a bit more selfish. I like the idea that the reason the SilMil fell was because of the discord between the girls, and that our girls now have fixed that rift. (and of course, the Reinako because yeah I'm predictable as hell).

But, I love that interpretation! I was actually talking about those scenes with moonlight1130 earlier, and she came up with the brilliant headcanon/interpretation that the reason the girls were so down/beaten up about it in that first scene wasn't that they were losing/dying - but because Serenity had just died(totally supported by the in-between scenes of Serenity falling to a ruined city). And upon seeing their Princess - their entire life really - die, they were lost.

And then, it's anger and vengeance that rallies them in the end. That light that glints over them isn't Usagi's light - it's renewed purpose. A purpose that, for all intents and purposes, boils down to "I will avenge my Princess". AND THEN THEY ALL GO INTO EPIC BATTLE AND DIE IN THE PROCESS AND YEP.

Yep that works out nicely I love this thank you for this gift.
