Tea and Biscuits Hangout - Kat talks season four teasers
Kat: Okay, let's see, any teasers on what is happening in season four? A lot of kissing. A lot of kissing is happening in season four. Em... Gosh what else can I say...?
Hannah: What was it like when you first put on the nicole outfit again and went on set? What was that like after being away for a year and a half?
Kat: *smiles* It was really good, it was a really good feeling, it just was so... ugh, just after everything that had gone on, I mean, and now this of course. (in reference to the pandemic) I'm like *puts her hands up* well, go figure, here we are.
But I just think after everything that was going on and being away for so long, it was just such a relief and I think you could feel amongst the cast just that extra level of gratitude for being back just because it became so real that it might not happen and it was so scary. Yeah it was a really good feeling.
What other teasers... *looks up thinking* I can't... what else can I say..?
Hannah: You can't really say much.
Kat: We've had some really fun new characters who have come in that have really shaken things up in Purgatory, both for good and for bad.
Em... we need- *laughs and picks Bernie up and shows him to the camera* so jealous, he gets so jealous whenever piper's beside me.
We've got some really cool new sets too, there's a really fun amazing set that they built, this huge, how do I say it without spoiling it but there's a huge space that they built in the studio and it's a really interesting set and it just looks so fancy for Wynonna Earp. *smiles*
The crew just really brought it and everyone was so excited to be back and had been waiting so long so that's been amazing.
We see the homestead looking a little different then the last time we left it which is kinda interesting, homestead's gotten a little bit of a makeover.
*chuckles* Gosh, I'm trying so hard to say some stuff but not say anything at the same time.
Hannah: *laughs* It's always a difficult thing isn't it?
Kat: It's been really good though and I'm really looking forward to, uh, I don't know when we'll go back to filming but we've got six episodes done so as soon as we're able we'll go back and finish it off so that's great. *nodding her head smiling* I'm really excited.
Hannah: Hopefully it won't be too long, maybe May or something.
Kat: I hope so, yeah, May, yeah, I'm really hoping we can get there in May... so it's just it's hard because we have different schulduled days depending on who's in what scene, some days you're in the whole day, some days you're not in so I had written all my dates into my calender and then I get little notifications like 'Kat shoots Wynonna Earp today' on my phone.
*frowns a little with a smile* It's been a little maybe I should delete this because it's sorta making me sad but it's ok we'll be back and I mean everyone in the world is going through it and there are people who are dealing with such hard things right now that we'll figure this out. This is manageable and we'll get back at it.
