[6.6 spoilers ahead] thats such a good theory that i shared early on too, after going through all the new stuff that came out with Baizhu my thoughts changed, personally i thought Pantalone was the first human that Changsheng associated with [since that figure looked so much like Baizhu but with black hair - the same visual idea we had of Pantalone at the time] and it would explain alot of the timeframe surrounding the two with recent loredrops and confirmation. Pantalones' poor health also follows that same line of thought and paired with the fact the life elixer actually worked on him compared to others suggests that he at least has an affinity for Gods remains or something similar to it which i am gladly taking as crumbs for headcanons for the three.

Baizhu's an awesome character! Yeah, It think it's interesting how Pantalone has similar health issues to Baizhu, and their hair and glasses styles are kind of alike. I like your headcanon about Changsheng knowing him. There's still so much lore to Liyue we have yet to learn, so I can't wait 😊

Another question: Does Zhongli know about Pantalone? Knowing Zhongli, he doesn't seem to mind the Fatui (look at his relationship with Tartaglia lol ).
