WOD: Chest and Triceps!!!!! (I was at the gym at 5:30 in the morning woooo!!)
Now I must say that I haven't worked out in a while. My form was probably off and I CANT do pushups for sh…. but here it goes.
3 sets 12 reps 1 min rest each exercise
Dumbell Bench Press: set 1: 7.5 lbs dumbells set 2: 10 lbs dumbbells set 3: 10 lbs dumbells
Flat bench cable flies: set 1: 10 lbs dumbbells set 2: 7.5 lbs dumbells set 3: 7.5 lbs dumbbells
Narrow Push ups: Couldn't really do this. My arms were so wobbly that I wasn't able to hold my own body weight. Ohhhhh wellllllll. I did 12 reps of "girl" pushups.
Standing dumbbell triceps extension: set 1: 10 lbs dumbbell set 2: 15 lbs dumbell set 3: 12.5 lbs dumbbell
Triceps Pushdown: set 1: 20 lbs set 2: 20 lbs for half, 15 lbs for other half. set 3: 15 lbs / 15 reps.
