“I’ve just watched Into the Abyss a documentary about capital punishment in the US, and there’s a line in it where one of the people interviewed says, ‘How are you going to live your dash?’ The interviewer says, ‘What do you mean by dash?’ And the reply is, ‘The line between your birth date and your death date on your gravestone.’ That’s such an incredible way of looking at life - how you’re going to live your dash. I think part of truly living is to take opportunities as they arise and grab every moment as it pops up.” [x]
