I started craving meat. Day 3 Mono-fast, Kitchari Fast. Instead of going for what i was craving, and slamming a cheese burger... I listened to what my body intelligence was trying to say. You see the mind is dumb, and impulsive. Learning to listen to the messages from the genius within, is paramount to healing. So I listened. Was it fat? I added more ghee and oil. Nope not quiet right. I needed more protein, maybe choline...? I needed animal... I needed rich and savory. I tried an egg. Good protein. Good cholesterol. BOMB that was the trick. Satisfied the craving with out derailing my cleanse. 3 days completed. That's enough for me. Damages from Thanksgiving are gone. Sweet tooth cravings gone. Poop regulated. Energy good. Waist band once again loose. Excited to go for a run in the AM.
