I’ve waited a little longer than normal to post the theme for September. Normally, it happens first thing in the morning and kicks off the day. But this month, things feel a little different. I mean, we’ve been though some crazy journeys together. We’ve focused on courageous hearts and what feeds the soul— on forgiving yourself and being thankful the universe had different plans than you did. We’ve been thought the phase where we were teetering on the edge of absolutely everything— and the one where we finally understood that the storm was over. But you know, guys, we have been through two years of monthly themes and I have to say that this month is stacking up to be my absolute favorite. This time, it’s not about the pain and the lessons and the journey. It’s not about hearts we lose and people we lose and times that test us. This time, it’s about something so much more— and yet so much simpler. Magic. It’s about the magic that we find in the everyday moments. The kind that sprinkles it’s way into the holes in our lives— especially when we don’t expect it. The kind that makes us whole without even knowing that we weren’t. The starry night skies. The butterflies. The hope that carries us. The times we feel small and our hearts feel enormous. The times when things aren't perfect and we aren’t perfect—but somehow, the universe deals out some incredibly perfect cards. Darling, it does— and will— happen. Magic. It’s what glues our lives together. And makes it all worth it. So welcome to September. Can’t you see it?
