So I decided to show people some of the things I do in the morning, for instance a clay mask to detox, exfoliate, and nourish my skin. Will post the recipe video above but basically I used 1 spoon bentonite clay, a little water, and green powder ( spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, etc.) and formed a paste. My dad actually buys similar clay by the pound and adds it to our soil/compost for a healing affect. #bentonoiteclay #livingclay #claymask
