Why Someone Might Love Them: little pointy man. Hes got a bit of a witty personality when hes not sulking. He’s always trying to better himself and improve on his flaws. Also he smells like lavender all the time, which is nice

Lixav finds excuses to avoid the Grove. He’s always visiting friends, or helping the Pact, or exploring new lands. In truth, his visits to his home are marked by guilt- For his brother’s murder, for his time fallen to Nightmare, for not being Enough.  Every now and then, the draw of the Pale Tree is too strong, and he returns to feel his mothers warmth within his heart.

Reading about other peoples Sylvari commanders and honestly. Lixav is SO fucking lucky he’s not the only Commander in his ‘verse. He still does go to war and kill his brother and all, but hes got a support system, and the fate if Tyria isnt solely on the back of what is basically a 19 year-old
