i am truly sorry for this, but
are your lizards standing on top of each orther in a flat way like pancakes, or are they standing up? if they are standing up, and we would take an average lizard length of 9 inches (without the tail obv), that would make you nearly 10 feet tall ( nearly 10 metres). however, if they are laying down with a shoulder height of 1,5 inches, you would only be 1,6 feet ( about 50 cm) tall.
do they alternate between the two states? how much control do you have? is it exhausting to stand? can you get smaller in order to chase your arch enemies through small spaces? can you get really tall to impose fear onto them when you've got them? god I have so many questions!
They are all standing up but you have to remember that some lizards are the legs and the arms, it is not a purely vertical stack, resulting in us having a much more average height. Sometimes a lizard will lie flat like a pancake because it is tired (*sideyeing 4 and 9 here) which messes with our height and is very inconvenient. All of us change roles but some have favorite roles, 2 really really likes being the right hand.
We have only slightly less coordination than an average human. Whoever is the head gets to make decisions for our human persona (usually 10 or 13).
We do get really tall to intimidate enemies, but when hunting something down, it is easier to simply abandon the trenchcoat all together and chase it on all fours as 13 individual lizards with a common goal.
