Zeno is not a good sleeper. Being infected with the t-virus as he is helps to maintain his body and keep it optimal at all times but the drawbacks make it incredibly hard to settle down for a decent sleep. It's far harder for a B.O.W like him to be truly fatigued what with his body always repairing itself and those heightened senses of his tune into just every noise in the nearby vicinity, rousing him straight back to total alertness as soon as he hears something.
With the Connections always pushing him to work, Zeno at best functioned with 2-3 hour light 'naps' a day to wind down before getting ready for the next mission or training session. Later in life when he had a bit more freedom to work outside of headquarters, he managed to extend his sleep by taking certain substances to numb his senses for a while.

He was going to have to take his gloves off for this, wasn't he?
Lips pressed in a thin line, Zeno does just that, sliding off the soft leather and setting them aside so he could wash his hands. That's what you were supposed to do when it came to handling food, wasn't it? He wasn't exactly used to making it himself. Food was either made for him or had been bought but how hard could it be making a sandwich? Not too hard, surely. They were just slices of buttered bread with whatever you wanted to put in it.
Now the only question was, what to put in it? Zeno rinses off the last of the soap on his hands then dries them off on a kitchen towel, looking through the fridge for ingredients. He wasn't too sure of Emil's preferences, just that it wasn't 'boring' so he grabs slices of chicken. Plain chicken sounded boring though, so he looks around some more. Lemon? Okay. Then some mayonnaise. Maybe there would be something else to add, and... oh! Chorizo! A couple of slices of spicy sausage would make things a little more interesting, wouldn't it?
Last but not least came some paprika and pepper. Nothing too extreme, but certainly not boring either.
Mixing up the mayonnaise with the paprika and pepper, Zeno squeezes some lemon juice into it and roughly mixes it into an orange paste. Slices of chicken and chorizo are layered across buttered bread before he spreads the mixed paste on top, adding a light sprinkle of salt before carefully adding the second slice of bread, pressing it down softly before cutting it in two.
He frowns down at his finished creation. It ended up getting a little squished, cut more rougher than he'd have liked due to his strength but at least it was edible. Emil would hardly care about how it looked so long as it tasted okay, right?
"There. One chicken and chorizo sandwich. Sorry it got a little squished but the mayo shouldn't drip everywhere. I made sure I didn't add too much lemon juice..." He said while sliding the plate on over to her.
He'd had it one time when overseas. Recreating it hadn't been too hard but it probably wouldn't taste exactly the same. Something about food made by other people was just like that.

Zeno doesn't watch television. Like, at all. He knows it exists and it shows many things like the news and the weather but he's largely ignorant of most shows and series. You couldn't really tell him about anything unless it's so popular it's impossible not to have heard of it at some point and even then he's like 😐 "okay" about it.
Given more independence, he'll probably watch whatever somebody he's close to would watch just to understand it better and have something to talk about with them? If he's out and about on a mission otherwise, he might watch the screen for a few minutes to deduce what's going on before carrying on with his business.
