Holy shit this is terrifying
This is it, I've decided to finally shut up and do this thing. Start documenting my progress starting at Zero from an art standpoint, using the book 'drawing on the right side of the brain' as a stepping stone to get...well, to get anywhere.
I have a few people to thank before I post anything, for giving me the confidence to start this so late - something that people younger than me have already made a career in. SpazzyKoneko, who pushed me to buy my first tablet and let me call her teacher for the short while we spoke.
Lizombie for recommending the book that is helping me get any kind of foothold.
And finally, Tsudanym and KevinSano, for starting an inside joke with me and helping me feel like once I got up near their level, I might be able to call people like these friends. Now that I'll be posting what work I do, you can call me Djma. I'll try my best, and if all goes belly up, at least this'll be a blog you can look at to laugh at an adult drawing like a child.
