/I'm working on a series of mini drabbles for rima before leaving home.

And I realize she's a little more pestimistic in her narration style, and THAT means at some point her manners change.

So that will be a fun thing to explore.

I am mostly doing them to get an idea on who she was before she decided to leave, and I will release them once I feel content with how it sounds.

Personally I don't feel like she's pestimistic. I feel like she just has a lot of pressure on her, and it influences the way she interacts with others/

Vexis may be a mad(?) scientist working for a criminal organisation, but let it be said he's taught Maddie well regarding stranger danger.

Yeah but Jax isn't really a stranger... He works with her dad. (So maddie doesn't count him as one.) ____________________________

Well yeah, he kind of has to to some degree though, with his line of work it's important to be weary around new faces. HE also teaches her that she has a right to tell someone 'don't touch me' and has every right to get vicious if they don't listen. (coughs and looks at Jax)
