I *really* wish nine and five had gotten over their shit. Very disappointed that there was never a scene where they were screaming their side at each other during their invasion fight, never figured it out. Even in the second series.

Dont get me wrong, they were both assholes, but a lot of their beef came from miscommunication. Give me an angry nine yelling about what actually happened to him in prison, asking how he could side with them. Give me an angry five yelling about how he got recruited so young, so lost, how lorien failed him.

A theory I have is that either consciously or unconsciously, the two Mikes Nine met in his novella somewhat influenced his personality. I think Sandor for obvious reasons did too. But prior Nine had never had a full conversation with kids his age, and so it would make sense that he would then mirror that blunt, aggressive personality. Like Nine genuinely has no social skills from being isolated for so long (growing up and being in a mog cell), so he would probably imitate the only reference he has to what a “cool” person is.

So not technicallyyyy a LL painting, but also kindaaa. Sometimes when I have to do a project I don’t wanna do I insert a character I like or an oc, and I think it’s rlly funny.

Nine and Marina's (barely existent) dynamic post Eight's death is a subject of great fascination to me. Like Nine Obv feels Guilt for getting Eight killed, and tho shes forgiven him I can't help but wonder how that would change their relationship going forward. Would he listen to her more than most people- remembering how hard she worked to diffuse tensions he had escalated? After he loses his arm, is she the one caring for him? Does he feel even worse about being even more of a burden to her?

And on Marina's end, I wonder if she's glad to have him that Understands how she feels about five. (six was unconscious, after all, and like. with John and Sarah it was the mogs- the expected culprits) Like she spends pretty much ALL of Fall of Five diffusing tensions and she gets to snap one (1) time right after eight dies- I can imagine it would grate to have everyone expect her to be conciliatory and compromising again when it backfired so badly. Nine won't expect that of her. I wonder if he acts like less of an asshole while shes in the room so she doesn't have to diffuse his tensions ever again.
