Day 23 • What We’re Reading . . E finished reading #thetaleofanabellehedgehog last week. He loved it so much he read about 2-3 chapters per night with Dad 😍. I’ve never seen him so enthused. There are 2 other books related to this one, I’m planning to get for him to read this summer.. . . He’s also finishing up the Wright brothers this week and will be moving on to the next book in the #llatlorange book. He also wants to read the next volume of #elementia (Minecraft inspired novel series) I plan on ordering once he’s done with the #llatl books. . . M is a chapter shy from finishing #onthebanksofplumcreek by #lauraingallswilder - it’s been wonderful seeing her transformation from “ugh this is so boring,” to “wow this is so funny.” “That really used to happen?!” The grass hopper rainshower, and Nellie/Laura’s relationship dynamic are two of her favorite parts to far. After this, she’s going to be starting #mountainborn and has been enjoying reading the #nationalgeographickids magazines at night also. . . While they finish up the last few read aloud for this year ...
