So I’ve been talking about my OC Vaughn lately and I couldn’t help but draw a few doodles of him. He used to be an OC for LoZ, but then he followed me into Splatoon and went through parts of Pokemon and now, well he’s still around and I love him. <3

Maybe draw your favorite squid design/clothing set?

So I’m a sucker for all of my Squid OCs. This one’s name is T. 

I play as him the most often on Splatoon and his outfit consists of the Golf Visor, the Forge Octarian Jacket, and the Gold Hi-Horses shoes all with lots of Super Jump power ups paired with the Octoshot Replica- he’s great, honestly.

Fun facts about Team Violet

Shelly (Vaseline) received her name and nickname from Vaughn. Shelly was given to her when she refused to talk (she is a selective mute and the name idea came from the shell necklace around her neck) whereas Vaseline came from how slick and speedy she could be with maneuvering through obstacles. She ends up being taken in by Vaughn and treated as his daughter- later on, Valor joins into the family of misfits. Shelly was 12 when Team Violet comes into existence and she was 8 when she was taken into Vaughn's custody. Her most favored weapons are the carbon rollers. Carson, who definitely doesn't like his own name, gladly accepted the nickname Valor with the utmost pride. He was given the nickname well before Team Violet came into existence thanks to a life long friendship with Vaughn. He owns a local diner that employs teens in hopes of getting them some job experience and his life revolves around making his own little girl (Shelly) happy as well as picking up some strong women up when he can. Valor is 26 at the start of Team Violet. Valor loves all type of guns, but he favors the squelchers. Vaughn has a notorious reputation. The worst of the worst in the red light district. He was an extreme sex addict and got into a ton of bad things- but the moment he came across Shelly, starving to death, he vowed to take care of her. So he cleaned himself up, got a job, and became one of the greatest things a child could ask for. Valor, looking on with admiration, joined in helping aide Shelly through life. Vaughn is 21 when Team Violet was formed. Vaughn likes anything that has the echolocation special attached to it. Generally he just sticks with the .96 gal. Vaccine, or Veo, was on the opposing side when Carson, Shelly, and Vaughn met him. They- Vaughn, admired his skills and Vaughn appointed him the leader of their team- much to Valor's annoyance. His nickname was given to him as a joke more than anything. Vaughn was convinced he was taking out a virus, and thus Vaccine was thrust upon him. Vaccine is 17 when they join up and he is learning to be a leader to a group that knows each other like the back of their hands. He's studious though, and losses are met with studying and problem solving thus after with battle plans formulated. Veo like any kind of sniper, charger- he truly likes to keep people at a distance and he's an incredibly defensive fighter.
