noooo sorry chocolate stuff seems interesting when i read about it but i never really got around to doing it. microwave tempering seems like itd be a lot less messy though thats why i brought it up xd

I guess they fertilize the mom’s egg with the dad’s sperm and grow the baby totally in a tube (for the kids that are actually blood related to their parents, I know some, like Shoko, aren’t). Don’t think you’re supposed to think too much about it lol

i don’t think they actually explain on how it works. iirc, they only mention artifical wombs and such but never the process.

So I guess the conclusion is basically what  mark-dreizehn and ace0fclubs said although how it works for people like Shoko idk, but it would explain characters like Ryo who has his mothers illness and why Kazuki resembles his mother so much

and  llyse I don’t know if they stopped but more like none of the current gen wanted any kids. (I know Kazuki didn’t cause of the assimilation and whatnot) I don’t really remember them stating they did stop. Was it in one of Exodus early episodes?

I remember they were having problems in H&E because the island was dying but I thought that was all fixed at the end.

welp guess that’s it, thank you three for the answers. If anyone else has any other theories I’m glad to hear it. Unless we can all agree not to question it any further?
