can’t wait to go to the pdoc today and tell him how i had a mild panic attack last night with no known trigger or explanation and how if i’m not careful, thinking too long about that (how CAN i not think too long about that) is likely to put me back into THe Bad Place mentally-speaking, where i spent literally every day terrified that i would get sick and break down like i did at random moments, with no explanation, with no cause, with no way to protect myself or predict it happening.
