LMAOOOOOOO ot3 support finally got back to me re: big workskin code and they literally just repeated back what i told them in the first place three weeks ago, which is that i was running into some kind of character limit.

Whatever. I guess now I feel less bad about making Dressupnatural as the 5 works with 80 chapters each ugly ass monster that it is instead of just one standalone 380 chaptered work. Also takes the weight off my shoulders are far as potentially ever going back and redoing it as one work and having to relink 200+ chapters.
Idk I won’t lie it does leave a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth as far as. Idk ao3 being a fanwork haven. Idk it’s just like I’m just trying to make fanworks and find new ways for us to do cool transformative things and it’s just like. Yep I am totally and completely set adrift on my own, with support being like like no it dosen’t work, it is a bug it’s not a feature, no we won’t help you, we apologize for the inconvenience.
(Anyway the workaround that DOES exist at this time is that you make separate works per each >68000 workskin code block and then link them together as needed)
