not a moment of silence
in less than a week, somi will be taking one of the most important tests of her life. she had not prepared for something so hard in all her life. the young girl had put in so much time and effort for the csat even more than that of the mgas. and so as the date of the testing day approached, she grew more and more anxious, and more and more wrappers of candies and chocolates filled the pockets of her training wear and gym bags. and because she ate more than usual, the need to move around more increased to. she spent late nights in the studios dancing and going over her notes before calling it a day.
today wasn't any different. the young girl sighs before she takes a bite from her string of marshmallow, gym bag hanging from her shoulders as she dragged herself through the hallway. it felt like an endless walk now, muscles aching from all the dancing and throat aching a bit from all the singing for the evaluation. of all things, why did it have to be singing? it was one more thing to worry about. she's anxious, tired, and hungry, and the candy isn't exactly helping the way it always did.
heaving another deep sigh, shoulders rising and dropping, head falling forward as she whined a little. she closes her eyes, still frustrated, straightens up for a moment and lets her head fall back. when she opens her eyes, she spots dongmin ( @lmdongmin ). "dongmin oppa!" she calls out, smile pulling on her lips as she turns and clings onto his arm, "let's go eat somewhere... i need air... i need food... i need freedom!" it was dramatic, and somi knew it herself, but the shame didn't come. only small fits of laughter as she kept clinging.
