It's crazy how people are criticising The bold type for being unrealistic in their opinion towards characters of color and society at this time.

Let people enjoy seeing someone who looks like them and represent them on television and be in a safe space. There are so many shows with poc and they mimic todays issues down to the killings and no justice. I don't want to see that over and over and over from 5+ different shows. I see it everyday on the news.

I want shows that can give me a reality escape or a happy treatment of someone who looks like me. Let people enjoy shit
