⟡ My negative thoughts and fears do not manifest.
⟡ The fact that this thought makes me so uncomfortable proves it's not mine.
⟡ It's already done and it's already mine, this thought can't stop that.
⟡ This bad thought is not mine. I'm choosing to let go of it.
⟡ I'm the one who has the power, not these thoughts.
⟡ No matter what intrusive thoughts I have, my desire is mine.
⟡ Be gone, thought. (partly joking, but being silly in response to these thoughts shows you how silly they are)
⟡ Affirm the opposite of what the thought is saying. For example, if you have a repetitive thought that you're unlovable, affirm that you are lovable and list 2-3 reasons why. In my experience, OCD thoughts hate logic and confidence. "I am not unlovable, I am always cherished and loved. I have a big heart. I have so much to give the world. I have a beautiful outlook on life."
