Sooooo... Jeff had an appt today and his A1C was 6.1!!! That’s good y’all!!! I’m so proud of him. And you know why? Because I make him eat such healthy food. 😬 He asked if we could celebrate with a good meal. Sure! I told him Chicken Alfredo.
