da little vampire 2017 is liek,,, my fav movie but when u actually watch it its aktually dogshit liek,,

da only ACTUALLY wonderful part is Rudolph and Tony, cuz liek dhey confirmed dat deir scenes in da movie were meant 2 b romantic lol making it end up on da lgbt section on netflix, and their relationship is so vibrant and subtle at da same time so liek,,, i think dats a pretty thing abt it

BUT THE REST OF DA MOVIE!! IS DOGSHIT!!! liek,,, they could have fleshed out da story a bit more,,, as well as liek deres dis scene where Tony says dat Rudolph has 2 promise not 2 bite him n Rudolph says dat he hasn't drank blood in a long time so,,, why didn't tony ask him whut he's been eating during dat time??? cause it has 2 b sumthing other dan blood liek a veggie diet or sumthing??? also da labrynth lol. Why is it forbidden grounds??? and we needed more gregory scenes cuz i think dat would have been a cool side plot

so a manic pixie dream girl is a character type (typically a girl) that is quite literally just a supporting role in the (typically male) leads story. she's like an accessory and exists solely to help the lead.

they are written purposefully to lack substance and they're only there to benefit the main character. (idk if im explaining that 100% correctly)

i knew i wanted jk to be like this perfect version in oc's head, like how a mpdg is for the male lead usually, and i knew i wanted him to be kinda... vague?? as a character?? like i didn't really elaborate on his backstory on purpose bc i wanted him to fit easily into whatever i wanted him to be LMAOOO (very icrlr oc of me, icrlr is an autobiography!!)

i ended up Not making icrlr jk a mpdg tho, bc the more i was writing him, the more i realized being a mpdg was his biggest fear?? like he didnt want to be just a character in oc's story, he wanted to have his freedom and not be tied down and exist for himself, he wanted to have substance outside of being someone's muse.

but yeah that was basically the process lmao not very interesting just slowly finding stuff out about ur characters as u write them :)))
