Ingredients: 8 oz macaroni pasta. 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 2 cups milk. 4 tbsp butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Stir in paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Fold in cooked lobster meat and cooked macaroni until evenly coated with the cheese sauce. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the mac and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
