Huevember Day 20: Loca!
Huevember character trivia: I hope RWBY actually takes advantage of the 4 main witches of Oz idea, but for now: Glinda=Glynda (At Beacon), Locasta= Loca (In Atlas), Gingema=??? (Crushed by Sapphire’s RV), Elphaba=(Salem?) (Still active).
Thought this sort of stuff would be helpful to other RWBY fic writers! Enjoy!

It's a real feelsbad how Glinda stole her sis Locasta's screentime in the original Wizard of Oz movie, don'cha think?
Also while I was having a really rough time drawing this, I realized that while Glynda's design isn't really bad per se, it doesn't match at all. Why is the super-strict teacher prancing around in a League of Legends cosplay or something?? Average Vale folk wear normal clothes, and only the edgy/hyper/weeb younger Hunstmen and Huntresses like wearing anime garb.
I've never been that great at keeping Loca's color scheme consistent, but I've tried to make it more or less an inverse of Glynda's. Maybe I'll draw the other two cousins in the fam someday!
