There is an amazing women owned brew pub in North Hampton called @thrwbck (Throwback). Last night we celebrated their 10th and our second Chocolate, Cheese, and Beer dinner, an incredible three-course experience. We were treated to a spectacular array of goodies, including fabulous local cheeses (burrata! brûléed goat cheese meringue!), chocolates and chocolate-infused delights, and a main course of sautéed scallops and crispy duck. Naturally, the brewery’s awesome beers were not only in the dishes, but served as perfect pairings. And we got to enjoy their newly opened Jericho’s Landing, a gorgeous space that is destined to become a popular spot for special events. What makes Throwback the best are the people. From the owners to the team of chefs, brewers, servers, barkeeps, etc., the welcome is always warm.
