It’s also ok not to be ok as life can be crazy and it’s so easy to get swept up in all the chaos and noise and to loose ourselves on al levels. Even at my son’s school, they have Well-being Wednesdays to promote mental health and well-being and ask all the kids to do something that makes them happy. What makes you happy?
