The fact u like/derive insp from nichijou makes me see ur work in a whole new light [and its glorious]
thank you! I really do want to eventually push the “wacky slice of life” angle in the next “”arc”” after this fight, so you’ll probably see more of that! The inspiration has always been Jojo for action scenes, nichijou for less conflict-heavy scenes.
I feel I haven’t captured the vibe for non-action stuff as well as I want to though, so here’s to hoping I fix that.

Galaxy- What fascinates you?
Easily animals and mythical creatures of all sorts, when interacting with animals that I’m not used to I’m immediately fascinated and want to interact with them, and with mythical creatures and cryptids I simply find them interesting. :D They’ve been a big interest of mine ever since I could remember.
Silk- What outfit makes you feel confident?
Oddly enough, i don’t have many outfits that make me feel confident? I do remember having one though, I always felt a bit more confident when I was wearing proper boots with my pair of jeans and an actually nice shirt and jacket, instead of wearing the same stuff I wear constantly, which is just trackies and t-shirts most of the time.
Daydream- Best memory?
I don’t have any specifically right now, but ones that tend to make me feel good are remembering the little get-togethers I had on my birthday (i don’t call them parties since I don’t really feel they’re parties, just little hangouts with a bunch of friends) or even being at parties with my group of friends. Just remembering how much I laughed and smiled and how much fun I had makes it for me. c:

Things that make me like a person, hmm… I know one thing that usually makes me like people immediately is humour. If you can make me laugh and smile, I immediately like you. XD I also like having similar interests and likes, so I can talk to people about them, as having a fun conversation really does it for me. So humour and good conversations is a main thing I look for in a person… and just being nice in general. lol
Perfumes- Favourite scents?
Vanilla I know is one I like, usually my go to scent if I rarely need one. Although odd ones I know I like are some meats being cooked? Like if I walk into the chicken and I smell sausages or chicken being cooked I love the smell of it. Now this just makes me want food, dammit. XD

Are you asking me to define the most attractive aspect of my child? :O His eyes.
2. what is the most attractive part of their personality?
Suri is incredibly sweet and deeply caring. You’d be hard pressed to meet a more caring person in your whole life.
3. what benefits come with being their friend?
So many! First and foremost, he’ll kick the ass of anyone who ever hurts one of his friends. Second, he’s loyal to a fault; you have a friend for life once you’re his friend. It doesn’t matter if you’ve not talked in years, he’s your friend. He’s also a great listener, and really good at giving hugs.
4. what parts of them do they like and dislike?
Suri is generally a very self-loving person, but he has anxiety and he feels a lot of “othering” from his human friends - real or imagined, he is unsure.
5. what parts of others do they envy?
Confidence - his confidence is largely bravado. Only his closest friends and family really know this.

1. what would they never do?
Suri would never intentionally hurt anyone who hasn’t done anyone else any true wrong. Mess with his sister? Boom. You’re out. Make a rude comment about his shoes? Maybe you’ll get a whoopie cushion under your butt in a quiet hall.
2. what have they never done that they want to do?
Suri would really like to do more traveling - actual traveling. He tends to flit by places because it’s so easy to go places! Except he doesn’t really go back. He’s a flighty person. He forgets. He means to do it. He doesn’t always follow through.
3. is there anything they absolutely can’t believe people do?
It makes him sick that people intentionally harm others.
4. what is the most embarrassing thing they’ve done?
You want...you want me to pick? You want Suri to pick?
Suri. Suri... Suri just... He probably doesn’t even know what the most embarrassing thing he’s ever done is. Not because he doesn’t realize things he does are potentially embarrassing. Part of it is he has such weird unpredictable anxiety that he thinks everything is embarrassing which is why he’s so eccentric and out there with everything. To hide it.
5. have they done anything they thought they’d never do?
He always wanted to be with Dende but he was too scared to let himself really believe it would be a reality. Then it happened! It was a long time coming but well worth the wait.

A: Aptitude
1. what are your oc’s natural abilities, things they’ve been doing since young?
Suri is an excellent chef and baker! He has been underfoot in the kitchen since before he could walk, and Chichi started teaching him how to cook right away. It’s not necessarily “natural” but he took to it like a fish to water!
2. what activities have they participated in?
Suri cooks/bakes, has definitely participated in a couple of school fashion and talent shows (talent: runway catwalk). He does do some martial arts but it’s mostly because Piccolo did not give him much of a choice in the matter considering he’s prone to some explosive power-ups.
3. what abilities do they have that they’ve worked for?
Suri definitely works hard for his cooking/baking skills, but mostly he works for his family relationships because they matter the most to him.
4. what things are they bad at?
He’s actually really not great at expressing his emotions in a “mature” way. He wears them on his sleeve for the most part, but they’re typically the “shallower” ones - the easier ones, the ones people expect to see from him. The “darker” emotions, including anger and disappointment and jealousy are the ones he hides... He probably gets that from his Pops.
5. what is their most impressive talent?
Suri can make just about anyone laugh at any time

Definitely; Suri doesn’t really hide a whole lot aside from what I said in A4 :) What you see is what you get with him.

Suri isn’t really a conforming person [see: his wardrobe], however, he is very conscious of how different he is - which is a large part of why his wardrobe is so eccentric... If he’s going to be different, he might as well be REALLY different.

Suri does his own thing.

He is a memelord. A total memelord.

People know who he is very quickly. :D

@lockewat ahh I’m glad you liked it; I can certainly see how people who aren’t used to the concept would be like “but why?”/think it’s odd, but it’s a pretty tasty sandwich that fills one up pretty well without getting the PB stuck in the throat.
