A highly recommended story and series to read. Set in a Venetian-like setting called Camorr, the story focus’s on a band of thieves and criminals called the Gentle Man’s Bastards which the reader is taken on their journey and life through the past and present. As the story the progresses the group of thieves are fighting a Mysterious Grey King taking over the criminal underworld.
Filled with adventure,fantasy, and lovable/humorous characters The Lies of Locke Lamora is impossible to put down! Lynch does not falter to captivate his audience.
From my reading and opinion of the novel I would give it a rating of a 5 out of 5. This is a novel one would want to read and reread over and over again and those who have not read this are missing out on an incredible experience and story to read.
