Updike seemed to have just been walking, not paying much attention as he was lost on thought. Unfortunately this caused him to bump into Locust and fall back, absolutely appalled at the size of this bitch. -@ask-updike-tgg

The moment they so much as noticed Updike they jumped back almost instinctively, a sudden wave of anxiety and paranoia washing over them as they took a few steps backwards.

They really weren't in the mood for this

So they tried to play it cool and hope for the best.

"HHey, what's uhm.." "What's uh, what's Up, Dike?"

'Why did you say that?'

"I don't know why I said that actually-"

Their anxiety was quite easy to detect given just how much they were shaking, their tone of voice didn't help much either.

In the shadows of an alleyway, smoke could be seen, it's light glow illuminated the scene, upon seeing locust Garcello grinned "Oh hey, It's you"

Locust nonchalantly strolled into the alleyway, humming some random fnaf song under their breath, they didn't seem to even notice Garcello at first.

When he spoke they stopped and glanced over at him, the slightest bit of confusion on their face.

Have they met this version of Garcello before? They couldn't quite remember. Then again, their brain was a bit fuzzy at current.

They decided to just go with it, doing finger guns at him. "Yo"

Surprisingly enough, despite the notable age difference she was actually quite a bit shorter than them, then again maybe height worked different for their family in their timeline.

They didn't really respond for a few seconds, just staring down at her, while it was unintentional, it was quite intimidating.

They didn't say anything, just letting out the smallest confused noise. It, just sounded like they said the letter A without actually saying the letter. It was hard to really tell, given they only really, beeped.
