LODAD Update Status
Hey all!
There won’t be a LODAD update tomorrow or next week.
For those wondering about this irregular schedule, it’s simple: I don’t have time to write LODAD at the moment, for pretty much the same reasons I’ve decided to finish the story.
When I started LODAD, I was working in a job twenty minutes from my house that finished at lunchtime on a Friday. It also didn’t take much thinking, giving me plenty of time to plan what I was going to write in the evenings.
Now I work an hour from home in a very mentally demanding job, come home late afternoon on a Friday, and go out at least three evenings a week to do things that are fun and good for me but also physically exhausting. I can’t write when physically and mentally exhausted.
The hit my writing time has taken means I can’t support a secondary writing project- and LODAD has always been a secondary writing project. I’ve been extra busy for the last couple of weeks and will be next week too, which is why no updates.
So my update schedule is going to be erratic as hell, I’m afraid.
i can't believe it took me like three or four rereads of lodad to realize the eventual elves's not-internet names are based on the six dnd statistics, i'm so mad at myself and also really happy that you did that
*mad cackling* YESSS SOMEONE GOT IT!!!
