[ES] Este febrero cumplimos 5 años como Trauma Collective. Como parte de esta celebración tenemos un primer evento en Siroco, con unos invitados muy especiales.
Por una parte, SSTROM, un joven y misterioso productor del norte de Europa, que publicó su primer EP el pasado noviembre en el sello propiedad de Svreca, Semantica. Toda una tentación, en formato directo, al alcance de muy pocos. Su única actuación hasta la fecha la realizó en Estocolmo el pasado 1 de Diciembre. Por otra parte, nos visitan dos los capos de Algebra Of Need, Thomas D Barnes y Marie De Cuir, junto con Henry Gillett. Este sello toma su nombre del El Almuerzo Desnudo de William S. Burroughs, donde cuenta que la necesidad no conoce limite ni control alguno, en relación a las drogas. En el contexto de la música, se podría hablar de intentar reflejar una parte de la música que va en contra de todo decoro en la búsqueda más honesta y purista del arte. Para Trauma, Lofthaus (Barnes) nos ofrecerá un directo de techno experimental, cada vez improvisado, cada vez único, donde los loops se retuercen en mil capas de drones, creando una atmósfera única que se complementa con los visuales de Marie De Cuir, responsable de la marcada estética del sello. Para esta Trauma, les acompañaran Assonant y Redwan. Tellez se ocupará de los visuales. As part of this celebration we have a first event at Siroco, with very special guests. One of them, SSTROM, a young and mysterious producer from northern Europe, who released his first EP last November on the label owned by Svreca, Semantica. A temptation, in live format, within the reach of very few. His only performance to the date took place in Stockholm on December 1st. Along with him, we are visited by label owners of Algebra Of Need, Thomas D Barnes and Marie De Cuir, along with Henry Gillett. This label takes its name from Naked Lunch by William S. Burroughs, where he says that the need knows no limit nor control, in relation to drugs. In the context of music, one could talk about trying to reflect a side of music that goes against every fibre of decorum in the pursuit of the most honest and purist form of art. At Trauma, Lofthaus (Barnes) will offer a techno experimental live set, every time improvised, every time unique, where the loops twist into a thousand layers of drones, creating a unique atmosphere which is complemented by the visuals of Marie De Cuir, responsible for the marked aesthetics of the label.
