ʙᴀᴄᴋꜱᴛᴏʀʏ

Niji grew up in a large family. He was the third born of five siblings, to a questionable pair of parents. His mother, Sora, was a wonderful woman and he wished she’d been around longer to protect himself and his siblings - though he’d never voice that kind of thought aloud. 

Niji has always been an angry person, stemming from his freshly diagnosed ADHD and frustration surrounding it growing up. He’s.. working on it. As a result of this childhood anger, he’d often lash out at his brother, Sanji. He was the least like the other brothers, far more gentle and kind, much like their mother. He’d been easy to pick on, and it was a safe way to get out his anger, because they never got into trouble for picking on Sanji like they would with other people.

In his later teen years, Niji began feeling a lot of guilt. It was hard. It took years to get an ADHD diagnosis but he was diagnosed with Alexithymia at a much younger age - a disorder in which you struggle to identify the feelings that you’re experiencing. This only served to make him more frustrated, and more likely to lash out. Again.. Working on it. It took some time, and a few secret visits to a therapist, but he began working through all of those feelings, centred largely around his anger, his cruel tendencies, and his feelings about both Sanji and Sora.

He grew up uncaring for academics despite being generally intelligent, managing to perform well on exams with minimal effort put in. He graduated high school with grades good enough to get on with his life, but never looked at a career past that - he didn’t need to, the Vinsmoke family was well off enough.

Unemployed

Niji is currently unemployed. He knows that he should get off his ass and get a job, and if nothing else he should get out of his father’s house, but the Vinsmoke money is what keeps buying his ADHD medication and he knows that if he left home and cut ties with the family like he wants to, he’d be stuck.

Video Games

Niji spends most of his time playing video games. It’s the one hobby that he has that has persisted over the years, where others have faded away as he aged. Any ‘friends’ that he has have come from gaming too, and apps like discord.

Clubbing

While not a social man, Niji does enjoy going out to clubs and bars to pick up bed partners. He’s plenty capable of chatting and flirting once he’s had a drink or two for courage, and to help dampen all the noise in his head that would usually make him less capable.

Niji’s connection with his family can be.. Shaky at times. Sanji is long gone, having left the family to prioritise himself and Niji truly can’t blame him - not after the way he’s been treated by their family. He almost wishes he were brave enough to do the same, but sadly he can blend in, and needs the family money more than he needs to be independent. 

Reiju has always been good to him and his brothers, and he appreciates her for that immensely. She showed them kindness where only their mother would typically, and after Sora died became the only one to do so. She understood them more than an outsider ever could.

Niji isn’t sure he hates Judge. He knows that his father is harsh, and unkind, but aren’t all parents? Or maybe all fathers? He has nothing to compare against. Who is he to say that Judge isn’t a product of a harsh life, just as he is himself. Though, he’d prioritise any of his siblings over his father for sure, if the situation ever came down to it.

Niji doesn’t really have any friends. He has his siblings, of course, and they’re close to friends in a sense. He also has a few friends online that he games with, but he’s not sure those are truly his friends either. He certainly wouldn’t invite them to his big life events, so he’s not sure they count.

Niji isn’t someone who is very good at forming long-term connections. He struggles to connect with anyone at all, and likes to maintain his freedom and independence. A lot of his relationships (not just romantic) in his life have been about control and codependency and so he struggles to form connections without those dynamics, or perhaps in fear of them.

However, he does like to go out clubbing and hook up with strangers. It’s one of his favourite hobbies in fact. The sex is different with everyone, so he never grows bored, and he rarely goes back to the same person twice.

Niji’s physical health is.. Fine. He played soccer in high school and still occasionally plays with his brothers, because it’s about the only active exercise they get nowadays. Though, they say sex burns calories and Niji maintains that is how he keeps his figure.

Niji has ADHD and alexithymia. He’s medicated for his ADHD and has semi-regular therapy appointments to help along with all his misplaced anger, and helping him in being able to identify his feelings more accurately, and faster. He sees his therapist less now as he becomes better at it, but he still has a ways to go.

Beck had a fairly average life. He had two parents who loved each other, they raised him well, he went to university to get a degree, and then he began to work. But, something about sailing called to him, and Beck took to work on the sea. This meant that despite his desire to settle down at some point, eventually, he never had the chance. He’d meet girls (and sometimes guys) and romance them while he was on land, then he’d disappear for months at a time and when he returned, they’d found someone more reliable. It happened a lot.

He spent a long few years like that, weathering the near-death of his father, and then he met a younger man by the name of Shanks. Shanks was a storm channelled into a body, with more energy than Beck thought he may have ever had, even as a child. Shanks had money, big ideas, and no family. Beck couldn’t ignore the need to bring him close, and make Shanks his business. They’ve been that way ever since. Shanks was there for the death of each of Beck’s parents, and helped him through it, while Beck helped see Shanks through the average hardships of life. They made more friends along the way, but everyone around them knew that it was Beck and Shanks.

The work isn’t exciting, and can often involve physical labour (Beck refused to climb the ranks to sit in some stuffy office doing paperwork, preferring to be getting his hands dirty and actually see the people that were working hard, making the company’s work possible), but it’s satisfying to go home at the end of the day and know he worked, and that he did it well.

Most people would claim that drinking isn’t a hobby, but then most people haven’t encountered Beck, Shanks and their friends. They make it a hobby, a damn dangerous one, but one well worth it.

Shooting

Beck often goes to his local shooting range to practise his aim. His father had grown up in a rural area, and so he’d been capable of shooting, a skill he learned from his father (Beck’s grandfather), and one he passed down to Beck. He doesn’t need it, but it’s a nice way to relax at the end of the week.

ʙᴀᴄᴋꜱᴛᴏʀʏ

The dread doctors took Theo when he was just nine years old. He had a major heart defect that was sure to kill him without a transplant, and said transplant would make Theo perfect for the doctors' experiments as he would be a genetic chimera. The first successful chimera. They convinced Theo that his older sister Tara wanted him to have her heart so that he would be able to keep living and he believed them. He tricked her into falling into the river, at their favourite spot on the bridge in the preserve, and watched as she died, just as they'd told him to.

They raised him as his guardians, the most parental of the three being The Geneticist. She was like a mother to Theo and showed the largest amount of concern for his mental wellbeing. The doctors ensured he excelled in school in all of his academic subjects, fed him perfectly well, made sure he kept on top of gym visits and had him pursue theatre so he would be able to work as their puppet within schools. Young children, like he had been, were unlikely to survive the procedures they wanted to do. They needed older children.

The Geneticist grew fond of Theo as he aged, conceding things to him and allowing him to live more and more like a 'real kid'. It was her that taught him how to drive, her that bought him fast food following theatre rehearsals, her that bought him his first and only pet, her that helped with his first full shift and helped groom him after runs in the woods, and it was her that helped him plan his escape.

It took a lot of careful care to plan the deaths of each doctor, and hurt so much more to know he had to kill the Geneticist if he wanted to actually be free. She wrote each of their wills, making sure everything that they had would go to Theo and it was her that gave him her blessing to end her very long life. She'd always been invested in their goal of reviving La Bête du Gévaudan, but she had grown more invested in her son.

Theo knew he was trans for a long time. The Dread Doctors may have been murderers, but they were also scientists, so weren't fool enough to deny Theo what he wanted. Theo didn't want them anywhere near him with knives, so while they'd off-handedly offered to help with his transition on several occasions, he'd denied.

When he turned up at Peter's, this was something Peter immediately took to researching with him. The two spent long nights together finding the best surgeons, prices be damned, and got Theo what he wanted.

Theo now takes testosterone injections and has had top surgery. He's still looking into bottom surgery, because he and Peter aren't sure how his body would heal around it if something were to go wrong.

Because of the way he was treated by the dread doctors, Theo didn't really have time for many hobbies. 

When he was younger he did little league with Scott and Stiles, but he didn't truly have a chance to play sports for enjoyment after he left, he was only given the chance to exercise to maintain his figure. The one thing he did find that he enjoys is theatre. 

The dread doctors wanted him to be a good actor to serve his purpose as they travelled around, and so he got to do theatre classes at each of the high schools that he attended, assuming they provided it as an option. He found that he had quite the passion for theatre and quickly began taking on lead roles in most shows he partook in.

Theo has no idea what happened to his parents. The doctors spoke to him, not them, and then his sister was dead and he was being taken away. He hasn't seen his parents since Tara's funeral and never dared to ask the doctors what happened to them, he knew he wasn't allowed to talk about his life before.

He carries a lot of guilt over what happened to Tara, even though he was so young when it happened. He remembers Stiles accusing him of being emotionless for being able to kill her but as he'd said himself - he was a kid, he still believed in Santa. He believed the doctors. He regrets that now and would happily die a hundred times over if it meant that Tara got to live now.

Peter isn't quite family just yet, but when Theo turned up in the pouring rain and asked Peter to take him in, with the knowledge that he'd understand tucked in his back pocket, he became Peter's ward. Peter is maybe the closest thing he had to a father, that he can remember anyway.

It’s a great improvement compared to his childhood, where for a while things looked bleak - like he may not survive until his eleventh birthday. Sometimes, he still has unusual feelings around his heart, like it’s beating ‘wrong’ though Theo knows that means nothing.

He didn’t often get the chance to eat junk food like other people his age, and now he takes the chance whenever it’s given to him. Though, he also thoroughly enjoys the food Peter makes for him, and is more than happy to take that to school rather than eating whatever it is the cafeteria serves.

Eddie grew up with two loving parents, desperate to give him a larger family to grow up in. Both of his parents had grown up in large families and understood how it felt to be unconditionally loved beyond doubt. Eddie's parents were the only two members of their respective families left by the time that Eddie had turned thirteen. They also failed to conceive any further children. But, they loved him just the same.

Through high school, Eddie had a friend and playful rival in Roger, a kid just the year below him in school. They were two of the best performing students in sports, and often clashed heads as a result (though, never in a malicious or aggressive way). Little did Eddie know, his respect and admiration for Roger was also a crush on the younger boy, though at the time he was generally ignorant of the LGBTQ, and never processed it at the time. To this day, it’s something he hasn’t ever realised.

He was twenty one when his mother died, and twenty two when his father died of a broken heart. Then, he was alone. But, he'd taken on their dream of creating a large family and he planned to fulfil that. He'd attended the local college when he was nineteen to get a carpentry qualification, and there he met a woman who he loved dearly. They'd gotten married just before his mother died, wanting to ensure she could be there, and by the time his father died she was pregnant.

Eddie was twenty six when his wife and daughter were killed in a break-in. He'd been away from the ranch on business, and when he'd returned, he found their dead bodies in the living room, as if they were still waiting for him to arrive home. He didn't bother with romance after that, though he did begin to foster children to build the family he craved, and to give kids the lives they deserved.

Eddie works on a ranch, where his various children have the chance to grow up learning skills and life lessons, and if they choose to, they can continue to grow families of their own on his land. The land belonged to his father before him, and his grandfather before that, and over the years more and more property has been developed on the land for people to live in. 

Anyone who works on the ranch is one of Eddie's 'sons' but not all of them are his foster children. Not that you would be able to tell that from the outside. Nowadays, he doesn't do much manual labour, but he's always around.

While perhaps he might not technically consider it to be a hobby, Eddie spends a lot of time building things. Whether that’s cribs, tables, houses or fences - he can build it all. Initially he did it to save money, and now he does it to teach any of his kids that want to learn the trade.

Hiking

It may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it is Eddie’s. He loves to hike, the longer and more intimidating the trail the better. He doesn’t mind going alone, though company is always appreciated. His favourite part is when you reach the end of the trail and get to see the view that was waiting for you, and then sitting to have a picnic. He always brings a picnic.

Boxing

As a younger man, Eddie had been partial to boxing. Though he’s a gentle man, with tender hands for anyone who may need it and a shoulder to cry on, he also grew up with a lot of anger. Anger that there were people who suffered, and that he couldn’t actually do anything to help. So, he took up boxing. It’s not something that he does anymore, as he’s too old now, but he enjoyed it immensely.

☾ Darts An old man sport for old man Eddie. You can’t fault a guy for liking what he’s supposed to, and Eddie is a fairly casual enjoyer of darts. He isn’t particularly passionate about it, nor does he know any of the top players at the minute, but he watches it if it’s on.

☾ Dogs With the number of children that he managed to take in over the years, Eddie never managed to actually adopt a dog, but he loves them. He’d had a large german shepherd as a child, and he’d love to own one again, the ranch is certainly large enough for a dog to get their energy out.

☾ Family time It started out as a joke when the children were younger, having family time to force them to socialise and do something other than be miserable, and play video games, but as everyone in the family has gotten older, it’s become something they all enjoy.

He turned out pretty different to the other kids, never truly gave in to the family way of life, but that was okay - he’d never ask more of his kids than they were willing to give. Still living at home, he was little trouble outwardly, though Eddie suspected that there was more beneath the surface, and he refused to let that change how he felt about his boy.

Eddie’s memory is fairly average, as far as memory goes. Though, he makes sure to take lots of pictures of important moments, that way he can’t forget them. He has graduation pictures for each and every one of his kids, and plenty of pictures of other important moments, and the not important ones too.

Annalise was a gentle woman who wanted a better life for her only living child. Crocodile had been her only child to survive until birth. 

When he turned eighteen, Crocodile changed his name. He kept the forename that was given to him by his mother, a family name, but changed his surname to something that he felt was better suited.

Alongside running the casino legitimately, Crocodile also allows some underhanded dealings to take place inside. Oliver was a cruel and stupid man. Crocodile may be cruel, but he doesn't just hurt for the sake of hurting, he does it in pursuit of his goals. He'd certainly never hurt someone that he cared about - not his soulmate. Oliver, however, had spent his life doing exactly that.

He often abandoned Annalise and Crocodile in favour of his criminal pursuits, leaving them with next to no money for months at a time, forcing Crocodile to work from an early age to help support the family. Then, when he came back, he'd take what little money they had to support himself.

When Crocodile was sixteen, he was more than done and over with his father. He was a coward, and a lowly thug. He'd hurt his mother, and Crocodile wasn't willing to let that happen again. He returned once again, after almost a year of absence, and demanded more. Demanded his wife. Crocodile wasn't going to allow that. He struck his father, taking advantage of the surprise element of his attack, and sent the man running with his tail between his legs.

Oliver returned later once Annalise wasn't home, his brothers in tow, and beat Crocodile within an inch of his life. He beat Crocodile for an hour, never allowing him to lose consciousness until the final moment. He came to, having screamed in agony for that full hour until he passed out, alerting the neighbours. He'd been out for just fifteen minutes, but when he came to, his hand was gone, the wound burned to prevent bleeding. Oliver didn't want his child dead, just maimed permanently.

They never saw him again after that.

She instilled in him the feelings that he has about soulmates, and he promised her on her deathbed that if he found his soulmate, he'd treat them as nothing less than royalty. 

She cared for him all her life, never letting him face hardship if she could help it, taking beatings from her lover to shield him for as long as possible. She cared for other children in the neighbourhood to earn extra money, using that to feed herself and Crocodile.

He ensured that her gravestone said Crocodile, rather than Griffiths when she died, tied to him and not the monster that had married her.

Mihawk spent years working up to his title of World's Greatest Swordsman, but before that he was known as "Marine Hunter". He'd tracked down marines and forced them beneath his sword, then left their heads where they'd be found. He was nineteen when Roger was executed, and was already known as Marine Hunter by that time, known to be a formidable young swordsman, with no mercy for those he hunted.. He went on to earn his current title, defeating the previous Greatest Swordsman with little difficulty by that time, and then became one of the first to be honoured with the title ‘Warlord of the Sea’. He changed from Marine Hunter, to Marine Lackey in the blink of an eye, though he appreciated the immunity that it granted in, even if he didn’t particularly need it. 

But before all that, there was a peculiar little boy, who dressed in black and whose skin was too fair for the tropical island he came from and stuck out like a sore thumb in every crowd. A little boy whose parents were also peculiar, and taught him not to care what people thought of him. A little boy who learned to hate marines from a very early age. A little boy who was trained to fight by his father, so he'd never have to worry about getting into a fight he couldn't win.

Weighing himself down with a crew isn’t worth the hassle that it could cause, especially at this point in his career, when any men he might acquire were more likely to tremble before him than listen to any orders that he might give. Or, they may intend to challenge him, which truly he has no time for recruiting and then quickly dispatching potential crewmates when he could be doing anything else.

In his solitude and boredom on his previous island of residence, Mihawk took up gardening. He can grow flowers, fruits and vegetables, even in the poor conditions of his previous home island - he has quite the green thumb.

Latin dancing

Despite not partaking in it often (due to lack of chances rather than lack of interest), Mihawk loves to dance, specifically he loves Latin dance. His mother was the one to teach him, and she’d danced with his father frequently. She taught Mihawk various styles of dance that she’d learned over the years, and he focused on each lesson the same as he would in a swordsmanship lesson with his father. Her favourite dance was the argentine tango, though it’s not a true latin dance. Mihawk's personal favourite is the rhumba.

Mihawk is a quiet person, who has spent a large portion of his life alone, minding his business and keeping himself entertained. To this day, it’s something that he values, as his alone time is very important to decompress, and sound grates on him immensely.

While Mihawk isn’t the biggest partaker in alcohol, his personal preference is wine, specifically red. He’s partial to a sweeter wine, one of the few sweet things that he enjoys on a regular basis.

In getting drunk, MIhawk loses control of his faculties and his senses, and he feels naked without them, a part of him is also concerned for what he would do if left unchecked and drunk. He prefers to be sober, or at most, slightly buzzed.

She'd loved dance and music, they'd been her biggest passions in life. She taught Mihawk to dance so one day he could share it with his lover as she did with hers. She sang and played the lute, and she'd done so at every opportunity, even just doing chores around the house. Mihawk had loved singing and dancing with her.

When he was sixteen, shortly before beginning his journey as a lone pirate, Viviana was killed by a marine. They'd landed on the island looking for pirates, and had found her peculiar as everyone did. She'd been kind regardless, as she always was and the man that killed her had simply claimed she was 'too annoying'.

Despite how much time in his childhood he spent laughing and smiling, being truly happy, he has become deeply changed as he has aged. When he was with his parents, it was easy to forget the way people saw him. Then, he became a pirate on a path for violence and the looks he received changed for the worse. He even began to believe them.

Mihawk's memory is fairly average, for most things. Though, he does have a habit of remembering things he specifically wishes not to, like the sound of his mother’s laugh and the sight of his father’s smile. Peter was never really sure what he wanted to do as a career. He mostly flew through his subjects at school, taking on extra study at home into druidic practices out of pure interest. He never found much of it particularly stimulating. As a result of this, he tested out of high school early, finishing a whole year before his peers (yes he rubs this in the face of Harris, who was the year above him in school). So, with an attitude like that and money to burn, Peter pursued multiple bachelor's degrees. 

He has a bachelor's in literature and one in law. He's always thought he should go back to school just to keep himself occupied but the more trouble Beacon Hills gets itself into, the more his hackles rise and his need to be close to home to protect his family only becomes stronger. He spent a large amount of his childhood babysitting, cooking and cleaning, taking care of not just his own children but also the children of the neighbourhood. Who was he to refuse playdates, particularly when local parents were in need of a helping hand?

Peter has dabbled in a few different fields of work, from working with his degrees to menial work for family businesses, but nothing seems to stick. He has his hobbies but he doubts any of them could suffice as a career, like his enjoyment for cooking (but he could never work in a kitchen).

One business that he seems to always come back to, is his interior design work. He only takes clients that he is genuinely interested in working with, and makes sure to do his work to the finest detail perfectly. Clients don't always react well to working with a middle aged man, but he loves being able to prove them wrong. He only does a few jobs each year, whenever the desire strikes, but he enjoys it.

He keeps it to himself. He owns a warehouse out in Beacon County where he stores his small car collection, something he hopes to sink more money into in future. 

He also collects old books. Books on the supernatural, on the old gods, old literature, first editions, books about magic forgotten by time, on druidic practices, anything bound with leather or cloth that costs over $50. He loves his small library (he owns not only his penthouse apartment but also one of the apartments on the floor below for just this purpose). Sometimes he wonders if he should buy a regular house.

Peter Hale is a family man. He was close with both of his parents for different reasons, and had special, unique relationships with each of his siblings. Though, this changed the older he became. Talia was his idol, Mae taught him control, George taught him how to fight and Celia was his best friend. When his siblings began having children, they became his whole world.

Out of all his siblings, he has given the most bottles, changed the most diapers and soothed the most scraped knees. It got to a point where some of his nieces and nephews would come to him with their problems over their own parents. It wasn't that they neglected their children, they didn't do that by any measure, (except for Talia, though Peter hated to admit it), he was just always there for them. Their parents worked, Uncle Peter took them to the park, their parents got home late, Uncle Peter cooked them dinner, their parents were too busy to make all their events, Uncle Peter went to every last dance recital, concert and basketball game.

He often got curious looks from teachers and parents, but Peter didn't care. He was there for his nieces and nephews, no matter what they needed. He'd pick them up from school and walk them home or wait for them when one of their parents was going to be late. One of Laura's teachers once asked if Peter was okay, she was worried he was caring for his nieces and nephews alone, but he only laughed. Of course, he wasn't, but also of course he would if he needed to. They're family.

Peter was an accident. It’s no secret in his family. At first, it had been something said by his mother, she wanted no secrets kept from him, and it was something to boast about. Some children were hated for being accidents, but Peter was loved despite it. When his mother died, his father changed that. Sometimes, in the cold, darkness of winter nights, Peter was sure he could hear his father muttering that his mother’s death was his fault.

When his eldest niece Laura was born, he was just five years old. He didn’t entirely understand what had happened except now he had someone new to look after and play with. He would sit in her nursery to play with his toys. This was when Talia still cared, so she would gently remind him to be quiet near the baby and to be gentle with her when he cuddled her. He was always gentle. He wouldn’t dream of hurting the baby.

He was seven when Derek was born, so he was old enough to understand everything and to want to help as much as he could. Though he wasn’t trusted with the baby just yet, this is when Talia’s care began to wander and so he was told that to help he could look after Laura. Peter agreed. He would sit with Laura in Derek’s nursery, and they would play and do colouring, just making sure the baby was okay. Derek had been born so close to Peter’s birthday that he had joked that Derek was his birthday present, him being born was like being given another friend.

When Iris was adopted he was eight. He welcomed her just the same, trusted slightly more with her than he had been with Derek when he’d first been born, but George also took more care with his daughter than Talia did with hers, so Peter felt less need to watch over her. Sometimes Derek was left crying for a long time, so Peter and Laura would climb into his crib, Iris rarely cried. She was a happy baby.

He was fourteen when Charlie was born, and then Cora. By now, he was more than just good with kids and so he took to them both like a duck to water. He loved them dearly. Laura was nine so she helped Peter where she could, though he made sure that she never did as much as he did. She was too little, not like Peter. Talia by this point had lost almost all of her interest in her children, so Peter took over. Not like Nathaniel had ever cared.

When Charlie went missing, it consumed Peter. He was just sixteen. He spent an entire year looking for him. It became his job, his life. Every morning, he ate breakfast so he'd have the energy to look for his nephew, he ate lunch so he wouldn't crash, he slept so he'd be rested enough to use his senses to their full potential. Then, one day, Talia told him to stop. They had quite the argument about it, Peter was desperate to find his nephew and Talia claimed Mae was more upset by his trying because she couldn't mourn her loss. So, he stopped. But he never let go of the hope that his nephew was out there, somewhere, safe, and happy.

During the time Charlie was missing, early on, he met an older woman named Corinne while he was out asking about Charlie. She could tell he was in distress and thought he was cute. She took advantage of this. Later that year, his daughter Malia was born, and Talia couldn't stand it, so she took away his memories of his daughter, made sure Corinne would never return, and put Malia into the adoption system as she had with Charlie.

Now, Peter has another son. A son of his own. Theo Raeken had turned up one day on his doorstep, soaking wet from the rain, with just a backpack and looking like he’d been crying. Theo had killed his previous ‘guardians’ and now needed somewhere to go. He’d known he could trust Peter. So, he took the Chimera in without a moment’s hesitation, finding comfort in having someone else in his large and empty apartment and enjoying having someone to care for again. It didn’t matter that Theo wanted it to be a secret, Peter was just happy to have someone to cook for and help with homework again.

Peter has never been someone who made friends. He had however been friends with the late Claudia Stilinski, and her husband Noah. When Claudia passed away, he became even closer with Noah, helping him with his almost addiction.

The only other real friend that he has is the newest addition to the Sheriff's department, one Jordan Parrish. An unlikely friendship that means a lot to Peter. Jordan was close to his age, just four years younger, where his other friend Noah was sixteen years older. It was nice to have someone he could relate to, joke with, and feed. Peter feeds everyone he cares about, especially his friends living in run down apartments that clearly have troubled pasts.

When Peter was sixteen, he got into a 'relationship' with Corinne, also known as the Desert Wolf. This relationship led to Corinne becoming pregnant with Peter's child and giving birth to Malia. Peter was being manipulated by the significantly older woman, it was clear to everyone when he told them about her. Talia resented that he'd had a child so young when the town's eyes were already on her because of how he treated her own children, so she took Peter's memories and put Malia up for adoption, erasing her from the family.

Following the trend of Peter preferring those older than him, he also fell into bed with one Deucalion Blackwood, who later became the Alpha of Alphas. Peter was nineteen this time around and so while it was legal, Deucalion was still much older than he was and so it was thrilling. The relationship was almost entirely sex and Peter loved it. He grew to love Deucalion. But, the other man didn't feel the same. After he became blind, he left Beacon Hills behind without so much as a goodbye.

As a Werewolf, Peter’s body is in peak physical condition. Though, he still takes time to exercise to maintain his shape, because although his body was naturally inclined to health and wellness, that doesn’t mean he should let himself slack.

Peter has never been officially diagnosed with anything. This is something he holds onto no matter how people fight it. He refuses to be anything other than "normal" (though this is never something he'd force on others, just a strange standard he set for himself). Though, if you took him to a professional, he would undoubtedly be diagnosed with Autism.

Also, Peter has issues with anxiety. Had the fire happened, who could know how severe that would have become. Before Deucalion, Peter was generally uncaring for others unless they were family, but being involved with someone else opened him up to more feelings and so now has something of an abandonment issue problem. He also has issues with anxiety when it comes to departing from his routines.

Peter would say, looking back, that he might have had depression as a teenager. From around the time Cora was born. But he didn't have time to be depressed, he had little ones depending on him and grades to get. Besides, his siblings only just had time for their own kids they didn't have time for him. So, he ignored it. He packed all his issues into a little box and just kept going, his pups as the only highlight of his very gloomy life. He isn't sure it ever went away, but it got easier. Even if it did get a whole lot worse when his mother died. It's been creeping its way back in since he moved out, but he refuses to move back home or visit too often, lest Talia say something about it.

Following his relationship with Deucalion, his mental health took a dive. There was a time where he thought he'd never come out of the dark spot. He wasn't helping the pups like he should, he was falling behind in school. It was hard. He couldn't find any positives, any silver linings, no reason to keep going. The pups had plenty of family, and even if they'd miss him, they'd learn to live without him. Maybe their lives would finally be normal. So.. he tried to OD.

Peter's attempt did not succeed. Of course it didn't, his body processed the pills quickly and he was throwing them up before he could even process that he felt sick at all. After that, the depression got worse for a while. He felt guilty for trying to leave, he hated himself for having to stay, he spoiled the pups for weeks following it just to make up for a sin they didn't know he'd committed. He never told anyone. They didn't need to know that he'd tried to take the coward's way out, since some part of him knew that an OD just wouldn't take.

Peter enjoys cooking, particularly for others, and so he often eats well. He shops at the farmer’s market, buying the highest quality ingredients possible in order to ensure that himself, and those he cares about, eat the best that they can. It’s important - and Peter is just a little bit of a snob when it comes to food.
